Cas Topaz is a luxurious and cozy bungalow. It is the perfect vacation home in Aruba if you value your privacy: the backyard is completely separated from the neighbors, and a serene nature reserve is located directly behind the house. So, you have a beautiful view and can fully enjoy the tranquility. The garden is very spacious, and you will find a large swimming pool that you have all to yourself. The pool has a deep and a shallow end and is therefore also suitable for children. Next to the pool you will find a nice sitting pool under a gazebo. Great to cool off and relax. And you don't even have to go inside for a drink because there is an outdoor fridge right next to it. 

The house: spacious, cozy and complete

Cas Topaz has a spacious living room with two sofas and a flat screen TV. There are three bedrooms, each suitable for 2 people. The master bedroom has a double box spring of 180 cm and an en suite bathroom. You will also find a safe in this bedroom to store valuables.

The other two bedrooms have 2 single box springs. There is a shared bathroom for these bedrooms. All bedrooms have air conditioning, so you can sleep well despite the heat. There are no airconditioning units in the livingroom and kitchen.

The kitchen is very spacious and there is a large dining table for nice communal meals. And you don't have to miss anything from home because the kitchen is fully equipped. You will find a sandwich maker, blender, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and of course a dishwasher. And through the French doors you walk straight into the garden.

Vacation is meant to relax and completely unwind. That is why we have done everything we can to make your stay as comfortable as possible. So, in Cas Topaz you will find all those small things you need as soon as you arrive, such as toilet paper, kitchen paper and hand soap. No need to rush to the store, because the most important things are available so you can rest and explore the villa after arrival.

In addition, we would like to make it easy for you during your entire stay. After all, you're on vacation. That is why there are beach chairs that you can take with you to the beach, and there are cooling boxes available for you so you can keep your food and drinks cool when you go out. You will also find towels, beach towels, snorkeling gear and a washing machine in the vacation home. The bedding has been taken care of for you as well. Also, there is Wi-Fi both inside and outside.
